Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Discount Furniture Warehouse, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible furniture items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a successful return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare for Pickup or Shipping

  Disassemble the furniture and pack it securely in the original manufacturer's boxes, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  For large freight items, we will coordinate with our logistics partners to schedule a convenient pickup time from your curbside or loading dock.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for damage, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
